Over the next three days, you will have the opportunity to delve into pressing global issues, hone your diplomatic skills, and forge lasting friendships. This conference is designed to challenge you, to push you out of your comfort zone, and to help you grow as leaders and global citizens.

Remember, true leadership begins with understanding and empathy. As you engage in debates and negotiations, strive to listen as much as you speak. Seek to understand different perspectives and work collaboratively towards solutions.
